About

A story of passion and organic beekeeping to produce accessible
pure honey.

Our Journey

Our Journey

Beekeeping began as a passion for our founder during his young adulthood. The quiet of the pandemic lockdown inspired him to revisit his hobby through extensive reading and research.??Queens and Bees began with just a single hive and a few wild swarms, which have since grown into 60 colonies.

The brand was originally intended for a business selling queen bees, but we transitioned to honey production due to the challenges of producing queens in the Scottish climate.

Today, we operate as a dedicated family team where the founder manages hive health and swarm control while his wife handles the process of jarring and labeling our natural honey.
